"I think it got a little to hot for a couple of hours," said Fire fighter Janson Sullivan who brought the smoker in and smoked the turkey overnight for 9 hours. Unfortunately, they had six fires last night and were not able to pay as close attention to the turkey. Once they carved it, it was nice and moist inside.
