Tallahassee Police vice officers Neal Williams (L) and Mark Peavy direct other officers toward an escaping suspect crack cocaine dealer while they keep tabs on three others on the ground. All four were charged with possession of Marijuana with intent to sell, attempted kidnapping and aggravated battery, after police saw them beating up somebody and trying to stuff him in the trunk of a car.
