Traffic heads toward the mainland across the St George Island causeway as Hurricane Juan brushes the Florida panhandle coast October 31, 1985. Juan was the costliest hurricane of the 1985 season that also saw Danny and Elena. Juan made landfall near the Florida-Alabama border.
