Boot Camp Drill Instructor Darrell Begault (L) inspects the inside of an envelope after the offender removes the stamp and hands it to the DI during mail call. While the Drill instructors flip through the mail the offenders open, they scan the pages very quickly looking for key words that might tip them to a security breach.
