74 year old Thelma Durant walks across the living room in her sparse trailer. To the left is the table she uses as a cupboard along with two of her Bibles. "It's hot, it's very hot", Durant kept repeating in reference to the weather and the temperature in her non air conditioned trailer as she wipes the sweat from her face with the shirt she is clutching. Her bed, made from couch pillows sits in the kitchen floor behind her.
