A homeless 68 year-old Vestor Taylor lines up cinder blocks in the floor of the bathroom at Lafayette Park in Tallahassee, Florida where he was sleeping during the Christmas season December 15, 1985. Taylor slept on the blocks to keep him off the cold wet floor.
