Crack Rocks mw 111688.jpg
On the left is a $10 piece of crack and on the right is a $20 rock. "I'd be thrilled if I could get half of the patients off of their crack addiction but a more realistic goal is one-third." said Dr Albert Menduni, medical director of the Addiction Recovery Center at Tallahassee Community Hospital in 1988. "Everybody relapses, usually many times. I have a much better chance of getting you off alchohol than crack."
