Traffic battles the wind and sea spray from Hurricane Kate on the causeway between Eastpoint and Apalachicola, Florida November 21, 1985. Kate, a late November Hurricane, was latest forming Atlantic hurricane on record at the time and was the second for the area following Hurricane Elena two months earlier.
