A photograph of mounted raccoon "the old He Coon" inside of the cook shack at Jubilee, the farm belonging to Lawton Chiles.   Jubilee is where Chiles' grave is located fifteen miles from the Florida Capitol.  This is the interior of the cook shack.  After 40 years in public service, Chiles died at the end of his second term as Florida governor, the old "he coon" is evident throughout the 1827 cabin and hunt camp under a stand of oaks in Leon County.
