Astronomer Ken Kopczynski, President, Tallahassee Astronomical Society, sits next to his 10 inch Orion Newtonian Telescope at Bald Point, Florida. Bald Point is in Franklin County along the Forgotten Coast of the north Florida panhandle. Mars is visible on the left, as well as, distant lightning over the Gulf of Mexico south of Tampa.
