A very wet Florida Governor Jeb Bush leans against the side of a dunking tank after taking several dunks this Saturday July 22, 2000 at the Lowes parking lot to kick off the Tallahassee Marine Reserves annual "Toys for Tots" Christmas campaign. Bush said of the water in the just filled tank, "Refreashing, VERY refreshing!"
