What is left of the approx 150 units of St Charles Condominiums and Sadler Apartments in Biloxi, Mississippi were pushed up between the private homes on St Charles St by the storm surge from Hurricane Katrina August 29, 2005. Early reports p;ut the death toll at 40 along the Mississippi coast., 30 at this location alone.
