While salvage operations continue by homeowners just outside Camilla, Georgia, some of the hundreds of the hundreds of vultures circle over the chicken houses where some 900 tons of chickens were killed, according to Georgia Commissioner of Agriculture Tommy Irvin. Chicken farming is one of Mitchell County's largest employers.
