With temperatures near 100 degrees, Wayne "Hoho" Brooks, front, and Carl Nettles, from Brooks Brothers Alligator Farm in Christmas, Florida run one of the water trails at Lake Miccosukee looking for alligator nests to collect alligator eggs for their farm July 19, 2007.  The two, along with a dozen others, licensed by the state, harvested 562 fertile eggs at Lake Miccosukee 25 miles east of Tallahassee.  The state collects five dollars per egg from the private alligator farms that hatch them and raise them for their meat and hides.
