FSU Student Bridget Gutierrez stands in the Westcott Fountain that was lighted in red during the nationwide Red Alert/Restart event at entertainment venues to encourage Congress to pass the Restart Act, which would provide much-needed assistance for millions of Americans who have lost income due to the pandemic. Gutierrez was celebrating her 21st birthday with a few friends and a bottle of champagne.
