An unidentified Biloxi resident arrives at the Quiet Water Apartments on Gulf Drive August 30, 2005 and breaks down when she relizes that her friend who stayed and her home are gone after Hurricane Katrina obliterated over a hundred housing units. The category 4 hurricane devistated Biloxi killing 30 residents at this location and "more than 80 in Harrison County" according to Mississippi Governor Haley Barbour.
