A man from Baton Rogue, La., finds his Chevett that he just bought smashed between two seawalls at the Fontaineblu Terrace in Panama City Beach, Florida after Hurricane Opal struck October 5, 1995.  It and the upside down truck further down the beach were in the parking lot of the Fontaineblu Terrace while he and his friends watch them get swept into the sea during Hurricane Opal.  Opal was the strongest hurricane of the 1995 season and killed 63 people, 13 in the United States.  Hurricane Opal's name was retired the following year.
