Michael Williams stands knee deep in a driving rain from the remnents of Tropical Storm Helene and watches as his friend tries to enter his flooded vehicle through the rear hatch to reach the driver's seat only to find it flooded. The pair work in the Controllers office in Doak Campbell Stadium. They looked out their window one minute and everything was fine and in less than 10 minutes they looked out again and the entire south parking lot was flooded said Williams.
