Sabbatini's home was completely destroyed but "that's ok" she said, adding " I can rebuild it but I haven't heard from my family." The doctor also lost his home to the storm surge from Hurricane Katrina when she struck this Gulf coast city yesterday. Biloxi Regional was functioning at twenty-five percent capacity because the lack of electricity and water in order to use their surgery, radiology, and other areas of the hospital according to Chief Nursing Officer Pam McVey, who also lost her home to the storm. The category 4 storm devistated Biloxi killing "more than 80 in Harrison County" according to Mississippi Governor Haley Barbour.
