Andy Quick, of Eastpoint, Florida, empties water from his still floating oyster boat as Hurricane Juan brushes the Florida panhandle coast October 31, 1985. Juan was the costliest hurricane of the 1985 season that also saw Danny and Elena. Juan made landfall near the Florida-Alabama border.
