Tourist and residents flood north on Interstate 10 as they evacuate New Orleans, Louisiana in an attempt to flee Hurricane Katrina August 28, 2005, even though many of them have no idea where to go. Hurricane Katrina has already killed seven when she made her first landfall in south Florida as a category 1 storm and has set her sights on this tourist city that was built below sea level.
